A lot of our customers are unfamiliar with how freight shipments work. Here’s exactly what to expect when you buy an item that ships via freight from Quality Control Auto Parts — a small family business with real people who care about getting it right.
Three Ways We Ship Your Parts
Standard Parcel
UPS & USPS
Small to medium parts like trim pieces, sensors, electronics, gauges, wiring harnesses, mirrors, lights, and smaller interior components. Carefully wrapped and boxed with padding and protection. Ships within 2 business days of payment.
Freight / LTL
Regional Freight Carriers
Heavy and oversized parts like engines, transmissions, differentials, axle assemblies, bumpers, hoods, doors, wheel sets, and roll bars. Each item is custom-crated by our team for safe transit. 1–3 business day handling time. Delivers coast to coast, Monday–Friday during business hours. Free liftgate available for residential deliveries.
International
eBay Global Shipping Program
For customers outside the United States, we ship exclusively through the eBay Global Shipping Program. Use the eBay international shipping calculator on any listing to get a delivered price to your country.

The journey of your parts
You Place Your Order
Purchase through our Shopify store or eBay. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are billed the next business day.
We Reach Out to You
After your order, we contact you via email or eBay message to collect: VIN, year/make/model, confirmed shipping address, and a phone number for delivery. We will not proceed without your response.
Custom Crating & Quality Check
Freight items have a 1–3 business day handling time. We custom-crate your item for safe transit. Engines are leak-down tested, dry stored, and quality checked twice before they leave our facility.
Dispatched + Tracking Sent
Once picked up, we send tracking details (carrier name + website) so you can follow updates throughout transit.
Terminal Arrival & Delivery Call
When the item reaches the terminal closest to you, you’ll get a call to schedule delivery. The number may be unfamiliar—please answer or call back quickly if they leave a voicemail.
Delivered to Your Door
Freight delivers coast to coast, Monday–Friday during business hours, to commercial and residential addresses. Free liftgate available if you don’t have a forklift/tow motor.

Handling Time
Standard parcel parts: 2 business days. Weekend & holiday orders are billed the next business day — handling time starts then. We use the handling window to crate safely and collect required delivery info.
Quality & Packaging
Every part is packed like it’s going to our own car: multiple layers of protection, inserts, heavy-duty materials, and full custom crating for freight. Engines are leak-down tested, dry stored, and quality checked twice before shipping.
