I try to stay away from the uber cheap stuff but I've had equal or better luck ordering parts from them than the jungle store online. I have had one wrong part, my own fault, and I didn't bother to return it so I can't speak to how that process might work. They give good authentic parts at a good price and ship fast. I'm here now writing this because I googled a way to leave praise for them...most recently I ordered a starter, brand new, for the same price or less money shipped than any local parts store (same part number in my case) and it got here in a day. Car is back up and running 1 day later! No driving to a store to be told they don't actually have it in stock despite what the website says. I'm surprised to see the negative reviews are SO negative but I can understand if your car is broken and you're dealing with a mechanic. For DIY knowledgeable folks, it seems pretty great.”

In short, the bad experience retailer shipped me the wrong parts and made no attempt to provide me with the correct parts. Yes, they refunded my initial payment but did nothing for me on my costs to return ship the parts they promised would fit. Onto QUALITY CONTROL AUTO PARTS ...Ordered the parts and within days, I had my parts and did the install earlier today. No issues. Parts fit perfectly and are warrantied for 60,000 miles. My first time experience with QUALITY CONTROL AUTO PARTS was a great experience with no complaints. I got what I paid for in a very timely manner. You ask what I ordered? I ordered replacement hood struts for my 2013 Audi A8 3.0 V-6. My local St. Paul Audi dealer wanted $480 for the parts and install. I paid quality control auto parts $35.20 and had both struts installed in 5 minutes. Even if the struts fail in 2-3 years, I am still ahead of the game!
